Customer of 5 years. I was cheated out of 1,5m points. Customer service wont help and refused to let me speak to someone in charge. They just escelate my claim and asked me to wait 15 business days for another department to handle my claim. I could not attach any pictures of the terms I agreed too. Nor was I able to contact them direct. Then I got a standard message (they did not understand the claim nor mentioned the error I was reffering to). Then basically said ”nothing we can do, this claim is now closed. Dont conact us again” their customer service is worse customer servife that I ever bern in conatct with. Even ryan air is better. And the irony is that my monthly card fees are more expensive then a flight with ryan air. Will end all my engagements with Amex.
