Just wanted to write a review to state that most customer service experiences I have had with AMEX, have been excellent. An example today, I lost my wallet and I'm travelling from the UK to Thailand. Simple web chat and they're sending replacement cards to my Thai hotel. Not problems, no issues. I've been waiting for my other card providers to contact me back for over an hour now. While they are not perfect (who is), I've found interactions with them help pleasant and easy.
