American Express Dispute resolution team has cost me over $28000 in charges for products that were returned to the Seller, they are completely incompetent and have placed my business in severe financial distress.I would personally warn anyone against using AMEX for their business. This is now a case of Fraud by deception and AMEX has done zero to prevent this from occurring. My next step is to contact media outlets to share how incompetent AMEX is as an institution and the maladministration that they accept as their standard of operations.
