I am a small business owner who registered a legitimate LLC in Wyoming and sold authentic products on Amazon, backed by complete supply chain documentation, invoices, and brand/distributor communications.Amazon falsely accused me of "fraudulent or deceptive activity" without providing a single piece of evidence. Over a year, they changed accusations multiple times — from "unsuitable inventory" to "potentially counterfeit" to "invoice risk" — with no transparency.Despite submitting all required documents multiple times (many of which Amazon had previously accepted), they:Disposed of $18,500 worth of my inventory.Withheld $10,250 in earnings.Ignored my direct questions and appeals.I reached out to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and the Washington State Attorney General’s office. Still, Amazon refuses to justify their actions or return what rightfully belongs to me.Amazon is a trillion-dollar company treating small sellers with arrogance and impunity.
