I'm very happy with amazon as the service are hassle free and any complaint if any is clarified asap by the person responsible and appropriate action is taken.
I appreciate the good services and I'm totally satisfied.
There are few concerns I wanted to highlight though:-
1) The size of clothing doesn't match with chart provided for reference, you guys really need to improve this part as its very difficult to guess if the size is correct .
2) Shoe section also has the same problem. Size varies from brand to brand and providing a proper size will really help us to determine the right fit.
As providing a false chart gives a problem to both of us as u need to take back order and for me, I have to reorder and its really waste of time and money for both of us.
I will really appreciate if these things are rectify by amazon and rest till date I'm happy and proud to shop on amazon. :)
