Good choice of books but terrible return/exchange service for North America. I recently made a purchase and my order came in the broken box, most books were damaged, one of the completely torn apart. I made a request for exchange but amazon.fr doesn't pay your postage fees back to Europe and the cheapest rate with USPS was about $100. The worst thing: there is no channel to communicate with them, explain the issue and find a solution.
