Before ordering something from Amazon, I read all the information about the product. Usually it worked and everything was fine with my orders, though I’ve never returned anything before this last order. I ordered a guitar for my kid, when it arrived I didn’t like the quality for the money I paid and I bought a guitar in the near shop, and that one from Amazon I decided to send back. I was very surprised when I found out that I had to send the parcel to some other company, not Amazon, though in the info about the product it was written that the seller is Amazon. And I was even more surprised when I got the money back minus cost of shipping. When in the info of the product it was clearly written that that guitar can be returned free of any charge. I just don’t understand why Amazon can’t give correct info in the information of the product. I think I’ll use other places to buy things, where the information is clear, and you don’t feel robbed and cheated.
