Was told I would receive a full refund by two employees for an item, after this i asked if I needed to return this item to which I was assured I didn’t and to dispose of the item a week later after still receiving no refund I contacted support again where I was told I was given false information and no refund could be processed. This item was faulty although still useable, it was worth nearly 1000 euro. I’ve been with amazon almost ten years and will no longer shop with them again
