Amazon delivery drivers do not follow instructions. Amazon does not correct their mistakes. When you make a complaint, apparently their drivers see it and they can counter it. You will only see it for a millisecond. Just follow instructions. So, after complaint, the driver took a pic in his car saying it was delivered. The item was a refrigerant scale for a heat pump that I was installing for my house. My previous system was down, had no heat. Because I made a complaint, pic of delivery in vehicle. So, yes they hurt me. For years I "was" a member. I spent 10s of thousands with their company. I just canceled everything. After the pic in the car, I stopped buying video on prime. Switched to deliveries to a locker. Wanted something that had to be delivered to my house. They delivered to another address!!!Took Me three day to get it resolved by canceling my account that I have had since 2016. I am going to retire in about six months. I will be 55, I will create a company a company that priorities customers more than finding the cheapest way. I hope I will put a real hurting on the Amazon corporation. I know I will not offer web services they do in the beginning. But, sales, I will destroy them. Thinking about the name,Scottsrun
