Awful customer service, took weeks to get a refund, had to dispute the charges. Product quality is generally unbelievably low, with subpar articles all coming from China, and price is not even competitive — far from it. The only reason to buy from Amazon now is the ease of return, which is undeniable. Not the company that pioneered e-commerce. I would recommend anyone to avoid it if everyone was not already buying from them — which allows them to just do whatever they want, and forego customer respect.
