I placed an order and was guaranteed by two different Amazon customer service reps that it would arrive by Sunday. I even followed up and was told the tracking had updated and it was definitely en route. Well, surprise—it never showed. Now the delivery date has magically shifted to Monday, and suddenly no one can help me.I asked for a refund since it’s already late and I was told I have to wait until it’s delivered (or not) to even start that process. If it’s going to be refunded anyway, why delay? It’s just more scripted nonsense and zero accountability.Amazon used to be dependable. Now it feels like dealing with a giant machine that shrugs off any problem as your fault, wastes your time, and hides behind policies that benefit them—not the customer.I'm done trusting promises from Amazon support. If you need something on time or want real help when things go wrong, look elsewhere.
