Extremely disappointing experience with Prime.I was charged for a Prime membership I never activated or used. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, including canceled membership the same day and asking for a refund, I received no proper response or resolution.The system kept giving errors, chat never worked, and even email attempts failed.Amazon used to be reliable, but this kind of forced billing and lack of real support is unacceptable. I will seriously reconsider using Amazon in the future.
