I signed up for a prime account recently just for prime day sales. Ordered few items during sales and they cancelled my order without any reason (checked with my credit card provider, they don't see any payment requests). Tried to order again and kept getting cancelled. Now they need 48 hours for someone to get back to me (by that time, sales would have ended, needless to say I've missed few items that I want to purchase). Useless.
