As I paid extra for expedited shipping, I was frustrated when Amazon revised the initial arrival dates to two weeks later when they confirmed the item had been shipped. I’m was happy with their customer support, as they refunded the extra shipping cost. Overall, I’m happy with Amazon Australia, as I’ve bought multiple products over the years and they almost always arrive on time.
