Selling dirty, damaged, returned items as brand new

I've just been notified by Amazon that I need to edit my review - submitted via their website - one of the reasons being that I've focused on the seller - which is Amazon......I am exasperated by the awful treatment I have repeatedly received from Amazon and Amazon staff. They are selling seconds & returned items as brand new items, blatantly labelled with the sender as Amazon returns. The majority of these items are damaged, opened and dirty. Including items mentioned below, as well as vitamins, medicine and hygiene items that I do not understand how these things can even legally be returned in the first place.I've spent hours at this point, on the phone and via customer service chat, begging to please stop sending me damaged and dirty returns as I am immunocompromised and disabled and they are risking my already fragile health in doing so. They keep assuring me that it will not happen again in future. I have repeatedly communicated to them - and even provided quotes of - the multiple Australian Consumer Law breaches they are liable of related to false advertising, misleading consumers, unconscionable conduct and more. They don't care. We'll see what the ACCC says about that. The full, unedited review that I submitted is as follows:"Yet another item sent from Amazon returns...Opened, damaged, dusty INSIDE the box?! Amazon is a joke at this point. I've now had NINETEEN (?!) items in a row sent from Amazon returns. Most of which have been opened or damaged, including things like bandaids, paper towels, aspro clear???Immediately upon opening the mail bag, the top of the item packaging was open. Disappointing, but not surprising at this point. The box is covered in scratches & dents. The doll is dusty, even under her dress somehow?! How does that even happen....?I've BEGGED Amazon to stop sending me returns and been promised on FOUR seperate occasions (yes perhaps I'm stupid for believing them) that it would "definitely" not happen again...and then it did...again...and again....and again....It's unfortunate because the Ida doll itself is beautiful, even if dusty and having been handled by god knows who or how many people before arriving....if it were clearly advertised in the listing that it would be coming from returns at a discounted price, I would consider purchasing with full consumer knowledge. This deceitful practice of sending damaged goods is a breach of Australian Consumer Law and Amazon is disgraceful & criminal in continuing to do so."
