Horrendous operation. Now complicit in fake and dangerous Yumove tablets being offered on their site. Has led to dog fatalities. The whole site is riddled with fake users, selling sub standard rubbish. All Amazon says when you contact them is that they will look into it but hey you can have a full refund. Last time I ever use them.
