POOR POOR POOR, rang 6 times about the drivers that cover our town are SOOO rude. Both me & my partner have boycotted Amazon because of their drivers for along time now. But I decided to order 4 items from them this week & see if the service improves???!!! I've put in my notes i'm disabled & housebound, to give me time to answer intercom & let them in etc. Today the female driver pressed my intercom & I let her in. I went to my flat door thinking my parcels would be there.....NO. The driver was gone & I didn't know where my parcels were. I'm in a ground floor flat & she should have made sure the customer as their items delivered to them. My neighbour knocked on my door & gave me my parcels saying they were dumped just inside the hallway. I made it crystal clear in my delivery notes, but they ignore it & just dumped parcels wherever they like. It's suppose to be a "door to door delivery service". More like "DON'T CARE SERVICE"! What's the point of saying your disabled etc & they just ignore it??? I rang customer service & they put me through to the delivery dept where I explained todays delivery. They lady (as always) promises "it won't happen again", but nothing changes it's a waste of time complaining. They don't take it seriously or care. I have my answer anyway "buy from elsewhere"!
