I ordered an item,they did not deliver it ,I requested a refund,they did not refund my item which cost £265 .I am outside the guarantee from Amazon and their only response is that I should contact EvRi the delivery company ..They simply deny any responsibility and don’t want to know.Beware of Amzlok and EVri
