Have not used my Amazon account in over 12 months, tried to buy something in the Black Friday sales, and get a message that they want me to create a new password before i can log in. Go through 2 emails of codes and a create a new password to be confronted with "We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance."The unusual activity they caused!!But here is where we get to the dumb bit, they want you to contact customer service to resolve, but you need to be signed in, to contact them, is it me or is that just a little bit moronic!!! It would be easier to find a needle in a haystack than a phone number for this incompetent bunch.Now forced to find another site to buy what i want. Amazon you are crap.
