Wow where do I begin, I’ve been using Amazon since 2007 and it used to be so reliable, the last few months it’s gone terrible, the drivers are awful they don’t speak English are rude, and using their own scruffy vehicles, the parcels are bashed around, they sit around on your road having a smoke instead of just delivering the stuff, or they don’t turn up at all, only for yodel existing then Amazon would be the worst delivery service, yodel is the only one keeping them off the top (worst) spot, I’ve waited in all day for my parcel to be like 2 stops away for them to then say it has now been rescheduled to another day 🤷🏼♀️ so that was a gift for a birthday that the person didn’t receive, I don’t know what is happening with this company but they have gone awful
