Shocking service. I have not revived a parcel from over a month ago and can’t get a refund because the status is lost parcel through Royal Mail. There is no easy way to contact customer service to arrange a refund. I have been a prime member for years however, the price has gone up and I can no longer get next day deliveries or weekend deliveries however, I know people who live close to me to. I am going to cancel as it is no longer worthwhile for me. I would not recommend Amazon.
