Returned and item over a month ago and still haven't received a refund. Whenever you try to contact Amazon they literally just send you around in circles. I have contacted the customer services via live chat, phone, email probably not far off 100 times (this is not an exaggeration) and I'm still no further ahead. Amazon owes me £310.80. at the end of every email it states "WE ARE A CUSTOMER CENTRIC COMPANY" biggest load of rubbish I have ever heard. Staff are rude and very unhelpful. This is the way they treat a disabled person...?? It's absolutely disgusting behaviour... So much for receiving your money back within 14 days.
