I too am surprised to see many negative reviews. I have been using Amazon for over twenty years. First in the US while working there. In Canada my home and now in the UK my new home. I have literally purchased thousands of products of every variety. On the few occasions that I was either not satisfied or for any other reason (wrong size, not correct for my application) etc.Amazon has always accepted returns and promptly refunded or exchanged my purchase. I have been a prime customer for ten years and enjoy all the movies, music and same or next day delivery.For those that have had a bad experience you haven't followed thru the return process properly. You should go to a brick and mortar shop and complain to them. Amazon goes above and beyond service online.
