Amazon shipping wrong item & not wanting to rectify

Ordered an iphone and received two pairs ear buds, contacted customer service and they asked me to send photos which I did promptly on delivery day, he said would take 3 days to review, which I felt unfair as it was a lot of money, on asking about when I can get the replacement, chat operator said not possible, can I get a timeframe when you will send out a replacement , was informed not possible, will I get a replacement by Xmas - said to me not possible, will I get a replacement, he said again not possible, yet still on for sale on the site, the chat guy was dismissive unhelpful and avoided any question on replacement or return of these ear buds, and then cut me off chat, I tried to phone customer service but all I got was a chat bot with no way to speak to anyone, felt I have been a victim of fraud, I expected more from Amazon as Iphones are not cheap, Xmas now has been ruined. the customer service was absolutely awful, the experience has upset me greatly and made me feel abused and a victim of fraud. This has forced me to contact the police who in turn asked me to contact action fraud, who in turn have asked me to contact my bank after report filed with them. I have also forwarded the action fraud case number to Amazon, not even anything from them to say received or we are working to resolve your problem. never been treated so poorly by any company
