Absolutely shocking service, failed delivery 3 times of which before it despatched, delivery address was requested to be changed to the billing address. Was promised this happened, was never done and this happened 2 more times before it had even despatched! Then the orders now been over a week since it’s been returned and refund still hasn’t been processed! Being told it’ll not be arranged until the 26th December! Shocking really
