This company cannot improve because they don't listen.On my Amazon account I have given clear instructions, if I'm not in to simply leave my package with a neighbour! However, I have been out all day and I did receive a notification about a delivery, but I didn't check it properly at the time.So when I arrived home at 21.10, I was not amused to see my package in plain sight, the saturated cardboard box, clearly showing there was an electrical item inside!!I then looked at the Amazon app, which told me that my package had been delivered and signed for by a neighbour!! This was definitely not the case, as 1) my package was outside my house and 2) the name of my 'neighbour' was completely made up by the driver!! What a shocking and shameful service Amazon provide
