Absolutely disgusted with Amazon UK. For such a big company, they use shoddy delivery drivers that throw parcels and literally put them wherever they can, just to say that they’ve delivered the parcel. Ordered a Christmas present recently and Amazon claimed that they posted the parcel through the letterbox, yet no footage from my video doorbell, nor nothing on CCTV, and this is not the first time this has happened either. Parcel also not with Neighbours. When you try to complain, Amazon either tell you to contact the manufacturer directly, or won’t deal with your complaint until after 48 hours as a minimum.So much for Amazon Prime 😂
