Amazon are no longer capable of delivering at all. I either get nonsense about them being unable to access the building (er, ringing the doorbell would be a start?!), or they leave goods in a communal hall for anyone to steal, or outside to be rained on and ruined. And then Customer Service are always unable to do anything. I try never to shop with them, but then try Prime again if I need something the next day and every single time I regret it! This is a Xmas present - which I will rebuy from a more expensive site that actually manages to deliver. I will then have to go through the hassle of returning the item if it ever arrives, or phoning them again when they say they've delivered but have actually thrown it in a bush. Amazon used to be great. I have no idea why they are now incapable and care so little for customers! Slough/Windsor - just don't bother shopping with them.
