I ordered 7 all important Christmas presents I was informed by customer service 2 days ago all items were out for delivery, I have received 1 item, I call customer service today and am told the other 6 items have not been shipped and that I have to wait till 4th of January before I can request a refund, my Christmas is now canceled as I have gave Amazon all my money but do not have any gifts to give my family
