Amazon drivers continually lie about trying to deliver my orders. I am in waiting for delivery, and suddenly I get a notification that "the driver tried to deliver but no one was in". I have CCTV cameras and I know full well no one tried to deliver. Customer service is a waste of time. This is even more problemtic when the order needs a signature as you cannot have the order delivered to a locker, which is fast becoming my choice of delivery method. I am a Prime member and wonder why I bother. I have been lied to by Amazon for the last five days about my parcel being delivered. Yesterday, they refunded my parcel and cancelled it. This was a Christmas present. It left me know time to get into town to buy the item as so close to Christmas. I re-ordered on the off chance that the driver may actually deliver the parcel. I have waited in for several days for no reason. It is the 24th of December as I write this. I am sitting, waiting against hope that Amazon actually deliver my order but I fully expect to get a notification that they tried and no one was in. Absolute disgrace. I shall only use Amazon as a last resort and then only when I can have an item delivered to a locker.
