For sure, I won't be buying anything from them anymore. I live on the 11th floor. Their stupid drivers abandon parcels on the ground-floor of the building in an unsecured area, no entry system to the building. Anyone can walk in and steal it, like it happened to my neighbour with her Amazon delivery. There is a notice for the drivers, not to leave parcels there and deliver them to the exact address.
