Stuck with a product that doesn't work and customer service teams who ignore emails. I'll swallow the cost of the failed product just to avoid having to speak with their poorly paid and trained robots any further. I even emailed their complaints department, who have also failed to respond. Enough is enough now. I've told them to keep my cash and I've now cancelled my Prime account too and the relief is tangible! LOL - Just noticed also that the 'most customer centric company in the world' hasn't even claimed their Trustpilot profile. Says it all really!
