Absolutely disgusted with Amazon customer services. They just lie to me. Been waiting a month for a refund with one of their third party sellers. Have messaged, rang, done everything to get my refund. They keep promising it is sorted and l’ll get my refund. Bunch of liars. Still waiting. Then they close the case and say it’s resolved. Will now have claim via bank. One star is too good for them.
