I've been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but over couple years it's gone down and worst over the past two months, their delivery service has gone completely downhill. Orders that used to arrive on time are now consistently delayed or, worse, never show up at all. Even more frustrating, drivers are falsely marking packages as “delivered” or claiming they attempted delivery when they haven’t.I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but nothing has changed. It’s clear Amazon is either not holding their delivery partners accountable or simply doesn’t care about fixing the issue. I rely on timely deliveries, and this repeated failure is unacceptable.With a Trustpilot score of just 1.4, it’s obvious that I’m not the only customer experiencing these issues. Amazon’s lack of response to these complaints shows they don’t care about their customers. From now on, if a delivery is missed, I’ll be canceling the order immediately. And if this trend continues, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Amazon needs to step up and fix this before they lose more long-term customers.
