If I could give zero stars, I would! We’ve got Amazon prime. Delivery is quick but not safe. Very occasionally, the courier knocks the door, but most of the time they just leave the parcel on the front step without even pressing the door bell! If you’re lucky, the parcel is there when you come home or next go out through the front door, unlucky if it isn’t. This is in full view of anyone driving or walking past on the street. I just can’t understand how this can be allowed. How hard is it to at least ring the doorbell?
