Amazon refuses to refund my money even though item was refused I've proof of driver taking this bavk on video yet still refusing,I will never purchase another item,managers are rude and arrogant,treat customers absolutely shocking,74.99 I'm owed,my bank is now disputing this absolutely dissgraceful service Lied to numerous times told my money would be in my bank on same day,this buisness needs closing down,the amount of complaints is shocking treating customers like they do is appaling
