Try to set up a new account as I no longer have access to my old email, but because my mobile is linked to the old email address and there is no skip button on the process of creating a new account, I can't.Have phoned customer service three times, but each time and today it was just over an hour and kept going round in circles - how can I confirm that I want to delete the account when I don't have access to it anymore!!! The woman kept telling me to reload and create an account and press skip add mobile number when there is NO skip button.Don't bother with this button, it's lousy and useless.
