Amazon has morphed into Temu. What you see is NOT what you get. And customer service feels like an underdeveloped AI experience from 2005. The service has declined overtime. Every time I order something there are issues. Delivery drivers don't speak English and throw packages outside your front door regardless if it's safe or not. Why do we continue to pump our hard earned cash into a company that literally doesn't care about you as a consumer whatsoever! We continue to support capitalism and complain about it.
