I cannot believe how many negative reviews there are for Amazon delivery. However, I am pretty sure no one at Amazon will bother to read or respond.This is the second time this week couriers have ‘dumped’ my parcels outside my house when my delivery instructions specifically state ‘leave in enclosed porch”What’s the point of adding instructions???What makes it worse this week is the first item was stolen and Amazon had to refund…PLUS they confirmed they would make sure it never happens again….guess what…it did.This must be costing Amazon a fortune…..
