I broke my keyboard I use for working at home. Knowing that Amazon deliver before 1pm for items over £20 and that the item was £159 I thought I would at least get it promptly. First delivery estimate was just after 12pm. I waited in and then it changed to 4.30pm and then 6:15pm and now 6:30pm. My dogs have missed one walk at lunchtime and I also missed my lunchbreak waiting for the delivery. I am now having to miss taking my dogs for a walk again due to this late delivery. The order has a passcode so I have to be at home to receive the order.This is totally unacceptable and will not be using Amazon in the future and have cancelled my Prime membership.
