I would ex̌pect such a huge delivery company to have a professional and pretty efficient process of recruiting the DRIVERS but it seems they take anyone who goes... The drivers have no common sense neither basic skills of using GOOLGE MAPS AND SERCHING FOR THE STREET. Yesterday I run out to the driver on my street as I missed their call. They normally don't call me so I was suprised who would call me on Sunday. The driver instantly asked me with a huge anger in his voice where is my street as he can not find it! HE WAS INDEED ON MY STREET!! WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT, HE ONLY REPLIED THAT ITS VERY CONFUSING HERE, AND THAT HE EVEN WENT TO THE CASINO TO ASK( WHICH IS BASED ON A DIFFERENT STREET THEN MY PLACE )( WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT??) I HAD TO ALSO SHOW HIM HOW TO GET TO THE BUILDING ( IT IS ONLY ONE BUILDING IN THE STREET APART OF 3 HOTELS. ITS NOT DIFFICULT TO WORK OUT WHERE PEOPLE MAY LIVE!I have showed him which door it is and so on. ( Theres a door on thebegining id the building with huge 2× pigeon holes and lits of intercomes, pretty obvious where the delivery goes! I was very polite with him although if am honest I don't understand how you can stand on the street you suppose to deliver and still be angry saying that the instructions are not clear! I still am awaiting 2 more packages from this delivery...its been 3 days now and nothing! Last time, also another driver couldn't get to the AMAZON LOCKER I also receive my packages. He wrote angry note on my account requesting I write how to get to the AMAZON LOCKER.this is your job to know and ask those details before you go to delivery!!! Not to the client! It's common sense!
