I ordered 2 different face washes and some nicorettes. One of the face washes was delivered at around 3 pm and it was marked as delivered and handed to resident at 6:12. It was actually left outside but it is also missing 2 out of the 3 items and I can’t get through to any form of customer service. I need either a refund for those 2 items or customer service to contact me so I can confirm which face wash didn’t get delivered and they can send that back out along with my nicorettes. Which would be nice because this is causing me lots of stress. 9 may 2025 that happened. Updating this review on Monday 23 June im still owed a blue garnier face wash and a box of 160 2 mg nicorettes by Amazon. Customer service doesn’t work on the app and they’ve made no attempt to contact me. Amazon give me my stuff please :0 .
