Put in an official complaint with CEO team several weeks ago.After appalling treatment by customer service.Had no reply.Clearly Amazon does not care how many negative reviews it has on trustpilot as a lot of people are not happy at all with this business.I am so pleased I have closed my account as this has given me peace of mind and I should've done it sooner. This company do not treat their customers like human beings
