Ordered a TV in March. It arrived and worked but for a small blip where it wouldn’t turn on. Now it won’t turn on at all. Contacted customer services, spoke to someone who said I’d receive a call back in seven working days to organise a repair even though I requested a refund. Now it’s working day 9, have heard nothing and it’s actually impossible to speak to anyone about it. The customer service hub takes you round in circles and the AI assistant is less than useless. All I want is my money back and the TV gone.
