I returned home over the weekend and found a parcel had been left on the floor in the rain ,the parcel was soaked and the contents were also soaked . On the email I received it said put in letterbox which was a total lie . This is not my first run in with this shower of grap reguards delivery’s it’s the 5 time I have had issues with Amazon delivery’s . It also states if no one in delivery to back door ,which I think there drivers do not understand the meaning off. I am sick and tired of all the lies you get told Amazon drivers DO NOT GIVE A TOSS ABOUT WHATS IN YOUR PARCELS THE DRIVERS ARE ALWAYS IN A HURRY NO CONSIDERATION FOR ANYTHING AT ALL .
