Terrible Service, I bought mini TV for my 83 year old mum who is dieing of breast, Lung and liver cancer so she could use at her hospice thinking I would have delivered next day for her 83rd birthday, Then told I would be told by email when item would be delivered, No email received so thought I would go in to chat Amazon, Anyway as it transpires the agent who I was talking to informed me it would not be delivered until 30th of July!!! 6 weeks away!!! Honestly I was shocked!!! Not only did they ruin my mums last birthday here in earth but trying to explain that she may not be alive to see it!!!Honestly I am completely gob smacked and very annoyed, They then say they will give me a £4 gift card as an apology, That was complete insult and slap in the face, I never asked for anything only the item I paid for and not have to wait 7 days to get my money back!!!Honestly Amazon I will tell you what you can do with your £4 gift card!!!!Jason
