Why now do I have to wait in for 3 hr time slot (4:15-7:15) to receive my package by giving the driver a code? Never had to do this before even for high price items. It is a pain in the backside. I have plans tonight which I cannot cancel. Either that or I have to reschedule my package for tomorrow which I cannot do because I need it for first thing tomorrow. If I had known about this new policy I would have bought my stuff elsewhere. The whole reason I pay for prime delivery is that it is convenient. I don’t have to wait in for parcels and if I order stuff it comes next day. If this is your new policy then I will be canceling prime delivery.
