Amazon Japan cxld my order for a Pelikan Fountain Pen, but erroneously labeled the order cxld by the customer and then labeled the order as undeliverable. A month later I do not have my $483 back. Amazon Japan has not responded to my communications regarding this matter, even after Amazon has intervened. I highly recommend not purchasing from Amazon Japan.
