Thanks for the refund. Dealing with you was not a walk in the park by any means.Aliexpress just emailed again asking for a video evidence of the defective item. Just couldn't make it up!. Back to square one. Again AliExpress contacted me, pretending to help.Avoid at all cost. For God's sakes just send me a return label. I know you don't want to take your faulty item back.They are very disappointing and frustrating people to deal with.Since 18th April 2025, their platform says within 24 hours, they will organise a return label. They have failed to do this for over a month and their customer services keep sending me a automated email, saying to follow the dispute instructions and there is nothing on their system. They are giving me the run around. They don't give a damn.
