I order three items: a glass cover for my watch (did not receive but seller sent a new one: satisfied). A pen with refills that I did not receive but Aliexpress finally credited it. A pen from Montiel Pen Shop that did not arrive. I had an agreement with the seller that he would send it again. Never received it while many of my newer orders made it without problems. Ali express ask me to provide copy of communication with the post office. Do you record conversations when you go to check something at the post office. Ridiculous
